1. Poor man's lunchbox locker - partial Lincoln lock 3 spiders, grind 4th

    Having seen both "Lincoln lockers/spool" mods, and also the spider gear replacement kits that essentially create free play in a spool type configuration...

    I thought, what if you welded only 3 of the spider gears together (say top, bottom and one side) and then for the 4th side, ground off the sides of the teeth to create some free play then install with ground teeth aligned with other welded spiders.

    This way you would be able to take road corners without chirps but essentially have a poor man's lunchbox locker.
