Wow nice pics Sully! Looks like lots of fun. Wish I had some trails like that around my neck of the woods. :cry:
 
Both of my sons did a lot of the driving. This is what its all about. These guys wear me out. :shock:

Man that looks like so much fun, I wish there was something remotely like that down here in Austin...just a couple of mud holes and thats about it...what size tires were on that tj??

Hey, I was in one of the Yj s. The one with 33s and a winch and ARb lockers, 4.88s. thanks for taking pics of us, and not making fun of our buddy in the hummer too bad. At least it isnt being used by a soccer mom. I would rather see it high centered on some rock than at starbucks. take it easy.
 

Yeah,he was getting stuck because of them tires.
 
yea, seriously, those old tires are really bald. he is going to get some MTrs one of these days, but until then he just spins until he makes it. he left a fair amount of red paint on some rocks today, which is rare for a 50 k $ vehicle.
 
You guys did perdy well,good team work on getting each other out.And it's good to see he is actually wheeling HUMMER.At least he has a REAL hummer,not an h2.
 

Yea, All 3 of the White YJs are from Ojai, Ca we are just a group of friends that go together. We did the rubicon earlier this year, and also tackled the John Bull and holcomb creek trails at Big bear last weekend, so our spotting/driving is coming along. We are always looking for some new rocks to climb. Any body have any recomendations in southern/central ca? We are considering the Dusy Irsham trail for a little later this year, and definitely plan to return to big bear soon. We Want to run the John Bull both ways.

I heard about some perdy tough trails out by palm springs.My dad and I are prolly going to check those out some time soon.And we also hope to try big bear for a new challenge.
 

nothing like the terrain around here... we've got rocks, we've got trails... but we're never that dry... looks fun
