as the subject says. hook only, dont have the hardware. not 100% sure, but i think this is only for a 97+. I had it on my 97XJ but got a hitch. never used it to pull with. normal wear of course. lookin for $15 plus shipping.

its a round eye loop/hook. will sit under the left side of your TJ bumper.
