2007 Jeep Liberty fuse blowing

Hi all,
I'm having trouble with fuse #7 blowing (left side running lights). I've disconnected the lights and it still blows when switched is turned on. When I compare the voltage to #9 (right side running lights), it seems the voltage is reversed.

Any tips?

Since you've disconnected the lamp and it still blows, the short to ground is in the (+) supply circuit. Trace the harness on the left side and check for a chaffed or pinced wires. Pink and red is the fused side of the circuit. The voltage can't be reversed since it shares the same circuit coming from the park lamp relay out of the junction block. Another one to check is if find the trailer tow left relay, unplug the relay and see if the short to ground goes away.

Thanks.
Are the relay's located under the hood, or behind the fuse block under the dash?
Its under the left rear quarter panel. Check the wiring on this location as well since the main harness supply is routed thru here.. BTW, this is an 07 model, is it not under warranty anymore?
