Hi...I am unable to import any of my photos and iTunes music into my radio via USB/iPhone. It just keeps saying no files to import. Has anyone else had this issue and/or know how to resolve?

Try to reset the radio. Pull the IOD or radio fuse from the fuse box under the hood. Give it 2 mins before you re-install the fuse. If that doesn't work the next best reset is through software. The factory scan tool will be required to do this. You might also have the dealer check for any updates for the radio.
