I have a 2011 Jeep Compass. It has a 2DIN 6.2" stock radio in it now. I need opinions on the best aftermarket head unit with touchscreen, navigation, Bluetooth, iPhone comparible, rear camera input.

I have no comment on that type of system. You could find and compare many systems that will fit at crutchfield. And they will likely offer the direct conversion connection to the stock wiring harness.
