Which eng? automatic or manual?
why did you change starter?
Maybe the starter was not the issue.

Anyway this diagram will make it easy - unless you have a remote starter.

the second diagram is easier -
fuses good?
does relay click when key moved to start?
Try moving shifter - N - to start.
Remote starter yes or no ?
CEL is light on?

A test light and diagram auto repair 101.
 
Make sure your battery connections are clean and tight. A loose connection will let your lights and radio play but won't pass enough current to crank the starter.
 
A simple check is to short the solenoid control wire to the power wire. It bypasses the ignition circuit, if your starter is good it will crank.
