FYI - Radio upgrade for my 06 LJ Rubi.

Maybe this will help somebody contemplating a radio replacement.

Here's a listing of the items I bought from Crutchfield and installed into my 2006 LJ Rubi.

Rugged and water resistant radio.

An easy install. Cables were plug and play. Supports the speakers overhead and in the console.

The Crutchfield rep was very helpful. I had a few specifics as requirement. He went over various options with me right online.

I commented I had specific requirements - due to mounting behind/under my trail NAV tablet - I wanted a physical volume knob on the left side and control buttons that were still accessible. The rep at Crutchfield was very helpful with the selection.

Looks good. I'm a huge fan of Crutchfield - they are very helpful, and they're based in my home state of Virginia.

They'll pricematch too, so if you see it cheaper on Amazon, they will match it.
