Dash electrics, stereo, and fan

Hey y'all,

Any thoughts on why the stock stereo display (and radio) and fan (turn switch to all settings - no air blowing, AC, heat, any) in an 01 TJ would suddenly go out. Everything else works fine - starts, runs smooth, all interior and exterior lights, main dash gauges, and dash lights work fine. For what it's worth, the lights on the radio work fine with the exception of the clock display, which is out. I have checked fuses and relays (glove box and under the hood). Approaching the end of what I am mechanically capable of figuring out without some help.

Thanks,
JBD

Check the electrical connector on the ignition switch. See if any of the wires are overheated and burnt. If you wiggle it with the key on, it might intermittently power up your HVAC blower with the switch on. If that's not the cause, check the wiring on the back of the radio and A/C controls.
