help...1999 JGC parasitic draw

interior lights stay on (i have that fuse pulled)...i have found a 2.3 amp draw comming from fuse 17 (inst cluster/ diagnostic connector)....i am lost from there
i have the rear wiper/glass hatch latch unplugged ....ive read they also can be bad,also ,i have replaced the bcm (with a JY unit) im pulling my hair out,i avee MANY hours in this

side note on the interior lights....that is supposed to be fuse #7 and its not its #8 which is overhead console,r wiper,ip lights,r flipper glass solenoid.....

I'm not sure on grand Cherokees but on TJ's the multi function switch goes bad. The other item to look at is door switches and wiring from the body thru the door. These areas fail from the wire flexing.

thanks....im finding that ALOT of things fail.......i just want to fix this thing
