1. multi-terrain park

Hello everybody I am looking into opening a 100 acre multi-terrain park within 90 minutes of boston. The average price would be $25 per veichcle. I would like some feed back to see if there is an interest out there.

90 minutes in what direction? I know that southern Maine has nothing as far as off road parks and would do very good.
