  • Two basic things have not changed in politics. Politicians still respect and listen to masses of VOTERS and those willing to offer cash to their reelection coffers.

The United Four Wheel Drive Associations (UFWDA) represent the "voters" in the One Voice program. This makes YOUR membership in UFWDA a vital part of this equation. UFWDA is the "grassroots" representative.

The UFWDA will also be deeply involved in the gathering of information about the local land use issues around the country. As the issues are broken down into their common denominator, a pattern of what laws and agency rules are allowing trail closures will be revealed.

With this knowledge, a game plan for changes or elimination of certain land use laws and agency rules can be recommended to the One Voice Advisory Committee for prioritization and submission to the ORBA Board of Directors.
Up to 75% of motorized trails on public lands were closed in the last 10 years.
“One Voice” is Regaining Your Motorized Trail Freedom…

The Off Road Business Association is now working with the United Four Wheel Drive Associations in a partnership named "One Voice”.

One Voice is already lobbying for changes to land use laws and land management agency rules back in Washington, DC, where most of these laws and rules originate.

Bringing motorized recreation to at least the same value as an endangered plant or animal is necessary to the future of our sport. The two CAN be compatible if given an opportunity. The two have coexisted for over 100 years.

Preserving our present day heritage and cultural values should equal those of our ancestors and predecessors. Why should the history of those long since gone take precedence over our own? Again, the two have coexisted for many years.

Sorry, I have to divide this because they only allow up to 1000 characters.
Sorry to take so long to see your reply. There are some apparent misunderstandings, though.
The AZOHVC is not a member of United at this time. This is sad as we have a new partnership with the Off Road Business Association (ORBA). One Voice is the name of the program. I'll add a description of it below. I think it tells why NOW is a very good time to become an individual member, but even better than that, if you can speak to the leaders of AZOHVC about the organization becoming a member again and then encouraging all of your member clubs to ask their individual members to join as well. As the article says, we need voters to represent when we lobby congress.

I have to divide this into 3 posts --- they limit you to only 1000 characters.
Hello. Just curious about why you use the United Four Wheel Drive Associations logo? I am on the Board of Directors of UFWDA. As far as I know, there is no problem, but just curious.
