Heater repaired. I thought i checked all the vac hoses. I didnt. I had my son take it to his diesel shop and the teacher found it. Also fixed a short that was causing my fan relay to keep blowing.

is there screws or do i pry it off. I dont want to break it...lol

i think the hvac. its three dials. one for fan speed, one for temp and one for vent location.

I would think that there is a relay or fuse for the climate control but i dont know which one. I have a 03 grand cherokee and the heater blower is stuck on the defrost vent. I try changing it to the regular or floor vent and it does not move. Any help?

what about defrost? I beleive if the defrost is on it will make the condenser work for the AC....

Ok my wife took my 03 grand cherokee and told me that the window just fell down into the door. I pulled the panel and vapor barrier and found a wire off of the roller. I put the wire back in place and the motor worked but it was like it did not have enough power to put the window up and it fell...

Ok so i checked the relay and it is working. The connection for the fan is what is acting up. if i touch the connection it works for a little bit and then stops, touch it again and it works. Where do i go from here. I pulled it apart and put some electro grease on it but it still doesnt help.

yea. i replaced the fan motor at the same time as the relay last time. I however did not clean up the mounting point as much as i could have i guess. i will make sure to do it this time;

Just my thought but i would go with the aftermarket clamps if the hose keeps popping off. I also just replaced the fan relay for my 03 GC doing the same kind of thing with the heating issues. At an idle or slow pace it would get hot. As soon as i would get some air moving it would cool right...
