Got it ordered it is a California emissions so had to go that route thanks all

Same bolt holds it on

There is a torx on the inside holding it, there is a hole reach it

New York which follows California but if it came with a fed emissions then I came out that back, but there is no tag label or sticker or evidence of any under the hood

My catalytic converter is rusted out I need a new one but there is no tag under the hood that says it is or is not California emissions how else can I find this out? 1998 Jeep TJ 2.5L
