Had a shock mount break off and this may be a stupid question, can I weld it back on with the oil in the axle or do I need to drain it?

Yeah I know but never I never delt with sealed bearings.

Changing the front brake pads on my daughters cherokee and notice there seems to be a little back and forth play in the bearings, is this normal or should it be tight?

Ok guy's I know this ? has been asked before but what is the best way to do a Chevy V8 swap on a YJ? I want to swap the Motor,Transmission and T-case.

Will tj half doors fit a yj? What I really want to know is will the interior door panels interchange?

Anybody in central Texas have or know where I can get a family style roll bar for my 88 YJ? Color does not matter but red would be nice.

Any tips on replacing a windshield on a YJ? The real reason I ask this question is because when I replaced my windshield frame my org. glass was glued to the frame. If this is the case why do they sell a gasket kit for it?
