That's exactly what it is. It's spares that bolt on top of your strut making it 2" taller. However, Im thinking it lifted mine more that's why Im trying to find the stock height front and back from another commander owner.

The correct harness to use is the CHT-013bb, its kind of pricey but you will definitely have sound with it. It bypasses the factory amp(located under drink holder in the third row) and also works with the canbus system so everything functions perfectly. I bought mine at best buy for $109.99, and...

I figured it out. I was using the wrong wire harness. Everyone told me I needed the, metra xsvi6502 which doesent tell the can bus system to turn the amp on. After everyone's advice and some researching of my own i found out i needed chto01 which has a communication with the can bus that turns...

Apparently, in order to get an aftermarket CD player in my 06 commander, i need to bypass the canbus system? Just got my Jeep commander back from an audio install company and they put my indash in and it worked.....but no sound!! I've been dealing with this for weeks, and I just want it done...
