If there is no air going to my difs with arb lockers could they cause my axles not to turn but the drive shaft turns

I have arb lockers if there is no air getting to the diferitial would that cause the axles not to turn at all

I was sitting at a red light and heard a clank. Then my jeep would not move. I figured I spunt a rear hub. I then locked in my manual front hubs and put my twin shift transfetcase in front high and my jeep still wouldn't move. I noticed that my front drive shaft was turning but my front wheels...
