I have had my check engine light on for the past 7 years. I now need to sell my jeep and want to fix it for the buyer. The OBD2 reader says P0113 (IAT) Sensor Circuit High Voltage. Is this the sensor that screws on top of the Intake manifold - up front?

Yes, hi and lo pressure are within the normal range. I'm thinking if i bypass the heater core will that do anything. The fact that there will be no heat to mix with the cold air might help?
