ya i adjusted it and still the same i drove it and moved it 4 times still the same shifting. it shifts from first to second at 3,000 rpms the second to third will stick until you let off the gas

hi i have a 95 jeep cherokee with a 4.0 4x4 in it. the trans won't shift until i let off the gas. i put a different trans in with less miles but its doing the same thing could it be something else.
