I have the same issue with my 2001 Jeep Cherokee. The radiator is brand new. The thermostat is brand new. When I accelerate the thermostat gauge drops from 195 to about 130/140. Then when I come to a complete stop it goes back up to normal. Any suggestions on what the problem could be...
