So the other night I walked away from my Jeep and unknowingly left the engine running. I left with the keyless fob and was wondering if the engine would shut itself down if idling for to long?

I have a 2013 Grand Cherokee that I will leave the key fob in when surfing. I lock the door 3 times per the manual so they stay locked with the fob in the cab. The problem is that when I open the door with the valet key the alarm always sounds and drives everyone crazy. Is there a way to stop...
