1045360 You have to remove the AIS motor and housing from your old throttle body and put it on the new one. They are different sizes. This should clear up your problem.[addsig]

1045361 Jc whitney has a universal fuel tank sending unit that is suppose to fit. I have one but haven't had a chance to install it. I heard it was pretty easy to retrofit, worked good and is only $25.[addsig]
