i just put on a set of 31-10.5 -15 on 15-8 rims on my 98 sport and they work great no rubbing at all oh it's stok by the way you just need to get the right off set on the wheels and i put chaperals on it there are a little more meater than an all terain but not full mud cause i drive it everly...

try an electic fan and new muffler

1054934 i must have lucked out i found a 98 wrangler V6 5 speed with 60,000 miles. No rust at all never been off road it's in perfect condishion . It also came with both hard and soft top, new tires never been smoked in perfect condishion . for 10,000 . [addsig]
