Thanks everybody....it was my fuel pump. I replaced it without dropping the tank and the jeep is running great. I do have any issue....Not sure if I needed to open another ticket. :))

I was informed that the Jeeps only like non-ethanol -- it has regular gas in it. I swapped the realys around and I do hear the fuel pump -- the jeep turns over but does not start....fuel pump resister looks good the putty stuff on the back of it is cracking and falling out..but it is all one...
Ok...as of today....checked to make sure the injectors are receiving the signal all that is good. I did do a PSI check on the fuel rail..and trying to start the jeep shows 10psi -- idle should be 14-15psi. Je4reyk...I will check all that while I am out there. Thanks for the input.
The Jeep starts goes to approx. 2,000 rpm and then you can watch the idle drop to 0 before choking out. I have replaced the idle sensor, throttle position sensor, and the fuel filter. I have cleaned ground connections near the oil dip stick. Almost sounds like its starving for gas.
