i'm positive i got the wires correct as i followed a spark plug wiring diagram and it runs and drives smooth, just every so often it gets that really rough idle

i tried finding diagrams with no luck so i could locate the TPS plug. i worked on the jeep today with a tune up changing the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and the rotor as well. i removed all 4 plugs plugged into the intake manifold as i didn't know which was the TPS and cleaned them and...

bounty - mines is a 99 Sahara with a 4" Skyjacker suspension lift, trac bars, and 31" x 12.50" 15's. i hardly use the 4wd so it's not a big deal, but i think it'd be great to understand the issue better and maybe figure out with your guys help how to fix the issue :-)
