03 tj Rubicon- My blower motor is shot. I know it's above the passengers feet, but how do I get it out? I see no screws. There is a red tab at the base, but I know that's for the power hook up. How do I open it?

My passenger side door will not open anymore unless you hold in the unlock button at the same time as pulling the handle. Is the handle part broke, or is it something in the door latch itself? I've had both doors apart trying to compare and i see no difference. Please help! I have an 03...
