The blaster is a great idea, just don't use sand on the sheet metal, use something like garnet or walnut hulls...sand is very harsh on the thin metal and can also create heat and cause warpage..

Make sure you don't use sand to clean the paint and rust.. Also save yourself a ton of headaches and just replace your fuel tank, it's cheap insurance..

Not sure how those widows seal but I had a full size cherokee for a long time that had a lot of rust in the rear fenders.. Turns out the window seals leaked and ran down inside the body panels..

I would check the ball joints.. It doesn't take much movement to cause a problem..

I found a marine stereo with speakers at bass pro.. The thing that worked well for me was that it was AM/FM with a aux port and USB but no CD, that kept the price low and I don't use CDs anyway..
