It's not a matter of character , the fender flare is falling off my jeep

I have a 2000 xj sport and while offroading on sunday I had a little ding and now I need a new passenger side front bumper endcap as well as a new fender flare(same side). How hard is it to take off the fender flare and bumber endcap? Thanks Tom
