Will all FF rear ends fit into a 5 without changing shifting the driveshaft to the left or right?

well it seems like more but when measuring it its 21.5 to center of pumpkin and 23.5 from the center to the other side so about a 2" difference. this is still a stock 20 rear

Damn seems harder to find a full floater rear and a front with a pass drop. I also noticed that my AMC 20 rear is offset a little bit, any suggestions for a d60 that will meet the criteria for a cj5

thanks, took a look and seemed like they were what i was looking for however there is still things that will be considered before i come to any conclusions. They'll be going on a 1980 CJ5 and im thinking about doing a full axle conversion, puting the axles out to about 65" wms and extending it...

thanks, i talked to the seller and it seems that they are from a jeep gladiator a d30 and a d60, i will be looking at them today.

how can you tell what a full float axle is? and for hubs i would probally be putting warns on with a set of lockers.

Im not sure exactly what they are but if iw as to guess i would say a dana 44 and a 60. any other suggestions? Thanks. and sorry if they are in the wrong thread.

Thanks! this is giving me a second thought about all of this. I already got 33s but wanted to go either 35s or 37s. would you recommend a body lift and keep it SUA?

not really fimiliar with the term SOA..whats it mean?

I got a cj5 with a 4 in suspension lift on 33's and wana to raise it a little more/alot. Im thinking about doing a spring over conversion with a 2in body lift to get some bigger tires on it. How hard is this conversion and what will i be needing to change and replace etc.. Thanks for the help

my friend had a milemarker winch and it ran perfectly fine, he also used it alot. I got a warn and and ramsey and love em both

Im in the Bay area, CA. Our familys been 4wheeling for a while at Hollister hills and everysummer we go up to Trinity Lake near shasta and go hill climbing and mudding around the lake. I don't know much about engines and hope to get more knowlege there.
