Thank you for the information. I guess the seat must be for a pre 1976 cj5. I have purchased a new seat from Bestop. It fits the Factory threaded holes. I am offering the old seat to anyone who wants it, for gratis. Again thank you for your help.

I have a rear seat " used " for a CJ. I will give to anyone who wants it. I traded for it sight unseen. It will not fit my factory 1976 jeep cj5 holes. It is not perfect, but it is pretty good. You pay shipping. E-mail me if you are interested and I will send some pictures.
