No I haven't checked any supports. It sounds internal.

It does it when idling or driving down the road. Speeds up with the engine. At different RPMs it goes away. I have been up and all around the jeep and can't pinpoint this knock.

For a week now my TJ has started making a knocking sound from engine or transmission area. It is running good, this just has me concerned that this noise has just appeared. It's hard to pinpoint the exact area of the noise. Has anyone had this problem? Sent from my iPad using Jeepz
