First time Jeep owner

Hi guys this is my new to me Jeep. Its a '94 SE YJ.

Dude, something is really wrong with your grass and bushes.... there are no leaves on your bushes (I think they are dead) and the grass is covered with funky white stuff. You getting some of that fall out from Chernobl after all these years or is mount St Helens going off again?
