it's been a sink or swim crash course in the mysteries of the kaiser/willy's for me.

Lol! Soon you will know that little motor like the back of your hand! Sounds like much of it is already behind you. Keep up the good work, and keep us posted....PS I realy like your jeep. Vintage are the sheeeiizzz! Lol!

I lived in Cotez for about a year when I was in high school, always wanted a jeep while I was there but could not swing it on a high school budget. Nice willys! Welcome.

thanks folks.

everytime i look at it
i thank the lord it wasnt modded/ mutated/ molested.
i like stock.

my right fender is damaged.
but i get a replacement tomorrow.
now i have to learn how to fix a fuel pump leak.......
sometimes i wonder just how many things can be screwed up on one vehicle?
am i being punished for evil deeds in a past life?

i am starting to get used to the idea of having a jeep so i can throw money at it and it can sit immobile in my driveway and leak.

It could be worse, going down on the highway at 70 mph and asking yourself if you tightened that bolt on the wheel hub.
