New Guy in Afghanistan

Hello all. I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tim Hamilton. I am currently working for a company in Afghanistan on the MRAP program--new mine resistant vehicles. I have an 85 Scrambler witha 304, stock axles, TC, transmission, etc. It has 33" Goodyear MT/Rs on it with a RE 4 1/2" lift kit.

Anyway, I look forward to reading the threads on here.

Is your jeep mine resistant yet? If it can take a mine I am sure it can take some rocks.

I think a buddy of mine is or was on the engineering team at Aberdeen proving grounds in Maryland for the JLTV, but I think he might have done some work on the MRAP.
