Hello to all. I'm retired USAF and owned an 87 YJ Sahara back in 95 while stationed in Germany. We loved the Jeep and put a ton of miles on her. We moved back to the U.S. in 2001 and had to sell the jeep to make room for a new truck on the ship. Fast forward 15 years and now with grandbabies I want them to experience the joy of Jeeps like their mothers did. Couldn't find a Sahara here in the south east so settled on a base model that was in pretty good shape. Of course it needs work, brakes, clutch, transmission, TC but so far my wife is good with our new found "money pit" as she calls it, after all it is a 30 year old Jeep. Parts seem to be the big issues, trying to track down some steel hydraulic brake lines coming from the master cylinder. Prob should just buy the kit and replace them all.

Thanks again,

Don from Florida 8)
