I am having a problem w the clutch on my 01 wrangler....all the sudden the clutch is engaging when then the pedal is all the way to the floor and most times will not go into 2nd and takes most of my strength just to get it in 1st, is there an adjustment?

Hey everyone, thanks for the warm welcome, I am having a problem w the clutch on my 01 wrangler, the clutch now stays somewhat engaged when pedal ia all the way to the floor. and takes way too much push trying to get into 1st is there an adjustment? HELP!!

Do you have fluid in the clutch reservoir? It should be in the engine bay, by the brake fluid reservoir.

^^agree^^ check clutch slave cylinder Reservoir.

Any noises prior?
Pilot beating fail
Loss of the teflon tip on slave cylinder.
