Not sure about official parks.
But you can still hit the beach
in Fort Fisher, NC. Not the same
as slinging mud but ya can sling
sand. Park right up to the surf
and fish. Camp out with your jeep
right beside ya all night. Does have
to be 4x4. Theres a few other places
near the coast also but dont remember
where. Only other one for along the surf
driving I remember is in Plymouth, NC.

you can also drive on the beach at camp lejuene. heading there wednesday

You can also hit North Topsail beach when its low tide. Ride, cook out, and relax..
