    If you havent yet do a fuel pressure test. Steady at 49 psi +/-2 at idle and 3300 rpm and after engine off. Once off the pressure Should hold psi for more than 2 min.

    Rough Crap-try shocks!

    I have to ask. Was the shock matched to the amount of lift? Does he 4 wheel and disconnect sway bars?
    Shear indicates the shock was fully extended or received a shot with the force of an accident.

    The stalling at a light can be a few things. Start easy. Clean your Throttle Body and the IAC. and the TB.
    Blow out yhe (TPS) trottle position sensor or at least work the butterfly valve 20-30...

    The bolts are torx so be sure to clean the torx star of paint. Get a good sharp corner bit that fits tight. Heat the bit and bot while bit is in to loosen rust or any loctite used.
    Work bolts back...
