    Yeah, the 2 security T10 screws that hold the ignition actuator up were easy (no hassle) to remove but the one security T10 that hold the ignition switch was in there so tight, I stripped the torx...

    Was the engine a swap? CJs never came with the 4.0 (242 ci), they came with the 4.2 (258 ci) in the 80's. I'm not sure parts are interchangeable.
