Just looked and no cracking like what your pic's show is on my '05 TJ's plastic wiring covers. Still flexible and no signs of brittleness. My TJ has 69k mi and has been in FL for about the last 3 years. Before that, it was iin IL since it was new. Maybe your more severe weather in OK...

Removed side and rear curtains from my TJ's soft top and also removed the doors. Temps in mid 70's here, so great weather for just riding with the wind in your hair...at least in what hair I have left. Louie, the wonder dog, enjoyed it too!

JPNinPA, thanks for the diagram and pic. Found problem this afternoon...vac line shown in pic, 3rd arrow from top was loose. Reconnected it and secured connection with a small zip tie. A/C vents are working perfectly now. Thanks for the help!!!

My '05 WranglerX uses wheel bolt pattern 5-108. What year models of Wranglers used this pattern? Thanks!

Factory A/C in my '05 TJ cools OK but cool air only comes out of windshield defroster vents, no matter what setting I have the directional selector set on. What's most common cause of this problem? Thanks!
