    i have a 97' tj with a Dana 30 front axle. i just bought a new steering linkage tie rod and drag link from rugged ridge. i noticed that i have flat spots on the top of my steering knuckle. wondered if i could bolt the tie rod ends up top instead of down below? kinda like a cheep way to raise...

    I have a 2.5l and want to lock my 35 with an Aussie... is that a bad idea? i think it would b ok just because i dont have the power behind it than u guys with your 4.0's or bigger.

    pushing the tires out that far, will it wear your wheel bearings out with the added stress? i would think the same for wheel spacers.

    i have the same problem. its the check valve. i have done some research and have found out that it could b a fuel pressure regulator/ fuel filter. they are one in the same, but only some jeeps have this. i haven't dove into it yet but i am planning on checking it out this weekend.

    make sure ur caster is even on both sides and have a qualified shop do an alignment this should fix ur problem. ur axle doesnt look like its centered under the jeep. it looks like it sits "dog leg" if u have adjustable lower control arms make sure they are the same length. i put on a 4" tuff...

    Or a nice shiny new bumper with all the goodies.... if you have to talk the wife into it :D awesome idea though i might have to do that too one day. Another good tip is if u have a soft top and your windows r getting ugly to see out of; wax them inside and out the dust and water beads right off.

    Has anyone ever herd of or installed the rugged ridge heavy duty tie-rod and drag-link set up. i am due for new so i wanted to get some advice b4 i go buying something i don't need. from the discription i think its a good deal but that's what the description is supposed to do "sell u " :coffee:
