35's on a stock TJ suspension

It's interesting but a lot of work for a measly inch at the differential. Just got this months JP yesterday, it's pretty good, though I hope their done with axle comparison writeups

    death wobble

Depends on tire size, vehicle make, and how hard you use the box. Usually up to 10 degrees steering wheel play is considered acceptable (2" of play on a 20" wheel). If you don't have vibration it's probably the box

    death wobble

My father-in-laws pickup had it so bad from wallered out parts that it would actually wheel jack while going straight down the road at around 45. That and his 30% play in steering made for a real "fun" driving experience...

    death wobble

It's a steering oscillation due to the latent resonant frequency of the steered wheel of the vehice. duh  Front end shimmy, usually sparked by a bump while on-road. When its bad the vibrations are kinda self perptuating and you'll nearly need to stop to get it to straighten out. It is...

    48 Willys for 1,000

Reasonably salvageable, wonder what the frame looks like under the tub. Though the (relatively) nice new seats are creepy, they say that the owner wanted to fix it up but then decided they had bitten off more than they could chew

Wow.....I got an old jeep seat (i think)

It looks like a rear seat from the 2+2 configuration of an MB from the 40's. I've never seen one actually out of the jeep before though, it's got a pretty slick fold-up system. Doesn't look too comfortable though.

    Swamper LTB's ???

I've heard of people running the airsoft BBs, but have no personal expierience. Seems reasonable though. Chances are your LTB's will balance fine with just rim weights

    Swamper LTB's ???

It works pretty good, but necessity is dictated by the tire, so you may not need them. However, if you're going to do it, you should use the correct product (lead shot and copper plated BB's are far from ideal on rigs that see much road time) http://www.innovativebalancing.com/ 31X11.5 R15...

    YJ Power Fading Away

I'm too lazy to read this whole thing  so if this is not applicable please ignore. Maybe the engine is just tired, how many miles are on that thing? Maybe you should just cut your losses and swing by your local junkyard and pick up one of those 500 ci Caddy engines. I've always wanted to...
