Hey all, long time no see. This is just my random pop-in to keep the venerable "Random Thread" going.... But this time, I've got some news: My wife and I will be having our son "Taiyo" (japanese for "Strong Sunlight") this October. (Due 10/21, but we'll see) Hope all is well in Jeepz land!

The Chimay Tripel, made by the Trappist monks of Belgium, famous for 2 things, beer, and cheese. Both are amazing. 8% alcohol, triple fermented, and unfiltered giving it a dusky, opaque, but blonde appearance. Strong, slightly sour, slightly hoppy. Great with seafood particularly oysters...

Yeah, I've got my own personal Kim kardashian... So I'm beyond the whole alba thing!!! Funny, last time I was active on jeeps Kim k was barely a celeb! Been a while. And now a JEEPZ iPhone app in the app store? Crazy!!!

Not to hijack my own thread, but here's what I really want:

Olive drab. I'm going to do Olive Drab, with orange highlights. I saw it on a bicycle and a semi, looked great.

Land cruisers average about 300k average life span... many go well past that. Issue is, they can be spendy...and the learning curve is daunting to me. But they are very capable and reliable rigs! I went to the yota forums and ih8mud.com and it seems like there's a lot of info out there tho.

Well, to be honest, my first love for 4wd were my 73 and 69 broncos. They were awesome. 302 dana 44's front and back, covertable...so very capable. The problem with them now is that they're hard to come by in good condition, and when they are, they're expensive..very. I'm leaning toward...

Hey guys...been jeepless for 2 years or so, and I'm looking to do it again. :roll: :twisted: Need opinions... I've had an XJ and a TJ. I'm open to getting those again...would need to be a daily driver. I don't want to finance anything, so... Things to consider, I've now got 2 future step...
