i reset the top , i cannot find the bottom.

it started this about a month ago. it will shift a a high rpm in over drive. but in drive it shifts fine. after getting to 55 mph i can the n go to OD and it shifts fine as long as i stay above 55. i can move the TV cable on the top of the engine and it changes the shift point. where is the TV...
