Hard top bolts- Ya thats normal. A pain to fish out when they drop. Engine Bay Light- Mine never did work, I never bothered with it. The tray- It"s there so you can mount a air compressor.

After you pull everything out you need to not get the liner in any of the bolt holes. What I did was use painters tape. rolled it up and stuck it in the holes.

The air lockers were from 03-06 on the TJ Wranglers. The 07-12 ( JK ) have the E- locker type

The Rubicon came out in 03. Yes all Rubicons come with 4:1 TC. and also 4:10 gears Dana 44 axles F/R though the front outer shafts are from a dana 30 along with the knuckles 30 spline count on the inner shafts, 27 on the outer ones disc breaks This is for the 03- 06

When was the last time you changed your spark plugs?

Not knowing how you did your lift to get 15" but did you , do a sao with lift spring, rotate the axle for better drive line angle, and cut the knuckles off and rotate then for better castor then weld them back on? The jeep looks nice.
