    2.5 lift on a 97 tj

Some jeeps lean to the left, do a search for "jeep lean" and you'll find a lot of info, a lot of leaning jeeps, and no answers :) gl

Wrangler: Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 3 Edition

looks like a plain old JK with seat and carpet covers that advertise a video game, oddly Im sure they want you to pay to advertise that game too.

    AX5 AX15 swap

The bellhousing is different, the mounts are different, and the splines on the shaft to the transfer case are different. You can get an adapter from Advanced Adapters, you can also change the transmission mounts, you also would be better off to get the transfer case that is on the ax15 already.

    Identify this car

Its not a locomobile, even though they were only 4 cylinders they had a longer hood and the rear doors didnt have the 45o bottom angle (granted though I have only seen 2) After looking closely at it, I'm pretty sure Clyde is right, the domed hood and and radiator shape matches the White...

    2.5L performance?

Thats why I use common parts as much as possible, there are no salvage yards in the Natl Forests, on the Rubicon or Moab, you can only carry so many spare parts, I like wheeling and that means remote areas too often, I wont let my trail durability depend on a used junk yard part.

    2.5L performance?

Unfortunatly for me, I am 345 miles from the nearest salvage yard, so I dont have that option, and on Labor day in Moab I certainly didnt have that option, but mine works very well and Im happy with it :)

    2.5L performance?

The Hayden fan has been very reliable for me so far, the fan I had that caught fire was a carquest brand and wasnt as well constructed at all, when we switched to the Hayden fan even the wife could tell the difference in quality (she knows less about cars than anyone I know lol). The Hayden fans...

    2.5L performance?

yes, it works very well, but an electric fan directly on the radiator is going to work with or without the shroud, the larger the fan the better is the only goal.

    2.5L performance?

Mine is inside the stock shroud with no modification to the shroud.
  11. O_M_Jeep

    2.5L performance?

I have mine inside the shroud, the shroud is there to pull air from an engine mounted fan, once the fan is on the radiator directly the shroud doesnt make much difference

    2.5L performance?

I know a lot of fans from fords and other cars fit a TJ, I like mine because if there is a problem its available at any Checker (O'Rielleys) in the country, I dont have to find a junk yard, just a parts store :) I try to have that philosophy all the way around the Jeep, the more things I can...

    2.5L performance?

The pics, sorry it took so long In this pic the lights would be the fan, Green the switch. So, to make it always on, the green wire goes to a 12 volt source that turns on with the ignition (not the acc side, just the running side). the yellow still goes to the battery because thats...

    2.5L performance?

In principal I really agree with you, and I'm sure thats the best course for some, I really like my 2.5, but I have to admit mine is in no way a DD, and at this point I can't see myself parting with it.

    2.5L performance?

Thats correct, always on with a kill switch inside, I used a switch with a flip up cover so I would notice if I forget to turn it back on, to do that you have to have the switch on the ground wire, not the positive wire to the relay, I'm at work now but I will post some pics when I get home in...

    2.5L performance?

I haven't, taking out the shroud for me would mean relocating the coolant and PS reservoirs

"IF" I was ever to get married again...

to me "go urine off" seems more vulgar.

    2.5L performance?

ok, air works on some of the same properties of hydrodynamics, if you have a narrow jet inside a water pipe, the water not directly in front of the jet will be propelled as well by the current, air also flows in currents. I run a 16" fan, this leaves a few inches to either side not directly...

    2.5L performance?

But I'm not using the Taurus fan, so buying it isn't necessary till you try it :)

    2.5L performance?

You leave the factory shroud to create a vortex within the tunnel to assure air flow through areas the fan doesn't cover when moving at low speed
