Agreed - when the yoke is pointed directly at the driveshaft it can't work as intended - the yoke and driveshaft have to be at interference angles or you get the shake, rattle and roll - if you shim the rearend downward several degrees you will notice it should be much better.........LBR

Another lesser known factor one reaps when the return line recirculates unused fuel back to the tank is that the fuel doesn't get heat soaked setting in the line to get used. The engine "grabs what it needs" and sends the unused back to the cool gas tank for recirculation...less chance for...

Can't help too much Terry but my 06 TJ has the factory "Premium system" in it - Sirius satellite radio, 2 dash and 2 overhead pod speakers + the console woofer....So there might be an unused plug waiting in the console for you. LBR

If the front driveline turns exactly 1 revolution and pops every time, my guess would be a tooth or a couple of consecutive teeth on the pinion gear are damaged. Less likely would be the output gear of the transfer case, but possible. LBR
