You would mount a Holley or MC on a one barrel intake? How? A Weber DFEV, or a Holley 5200 will fit nicely. But the Larger Holley or MC base plate would be to large physically wouldn't it?

In my observations the 2.5 came with either the 4:10 or the 3:54 ratios. That 3:07 IIRC was only used in the I6 w/auto trans. But what do I know? It's a Jeep.

That will most likely be the Carter YF, also look at listings for a Ford I6

Why? If you have a timing light and tachometer and an engine in reasonably sound condition ie steady vacuum there is no reason one should be unable to properly tune a Weber. Unless of course it's that newer 34 DGEC. If thats the carb you've been working on, sorry it is too bad they get so much...
