    **FOR SALE** 95 YJ 4.0 w/ 74K miles

I'm selling the 4.0L motor out of my 95 YJ. The motor has 74,000 original miles and comes complete with a centerforce duel friction clutch with approximately 1500 miles on it. I pulled it out after my Jeep was totaled in a rear end collision because of its age, so I planned to swap into my 91...

I have a motor for sale that I pulled from my 95 wrangler. After doing some research I decided to do a small block Chevy instead. The motor has 74k miles on it and comes complete. I'm also including the center force duel friction clutch (approx 1500 miles on it). I'm asking $750. I'm located in...

    Is a 4.0 a 4.0?

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that would be able to answer a recent question of mine. Is it possible for a bell housing from a 95 YJ (AX15) mounts to a 01 TJ? Both motors are 4.0's. My brother was curious about doing away with his automatic transmission and I told him I would ask...

    Yj rebuild needing mechanical help

So I've been working had trying to get parts and put them on my jeep. It's been a long 2 years since my jeep has run and I'm getting antsy. I put the 4.0 in my 91 yj replacing the little 4 banger. While everything seems to be coming together nicely I keep running into little head aches...

What did you do to your Jeep today?

Been working hard trying to restore my jeep project and have run into a small issue. Does anybody know how to separate the shifter out of a YJ? Looks like it needs a special tool to press it apart. Thanks for any help!

CJ roll bar vs YJ family bar...

I like the look of the kid killer roll bar better but the family bars will give you more options if you decide to do a frame less soft top.

Toddler Crashes Jeep, Runs Home to Watch Cartoons

My dad did the same thing to his Aunts brand new Cadillac when he was 2. The responding officer paid him a dime to tell his story lol. He also took his older brother's patrol sash and walked to a busy intersection in Silver Spring MD to direct traffic.

    what to look for

Most the things I look for have been stated above. I also check the condition of the suspension. I got suckerd when I bought a Jeep with a bent leaf. Now I know what to look for. Also since this will be your 1st Jeep. When you test the 4X4 be sure to try to do it on loose ground. If you do it on...
