thanks for all the advice.. i finally got it to build pressure last nite.. the fliud that was in the master cylinder was really dark and nasty looking so i went ahead and flushed it all out while i had everything hooked up.. thanks again

the magnaflow has packin in it that will eventaully blow out.. i have ran a 40 series flowmaster for 7 years now.. has no rust. it is pretty beat up from getting used as a skid plate. on stumps and the such.. i would strongly recomend flowmaster. 40 or 50 seris mufflers or the new 44 offroad...

im looking to put a hp d44 in the front on my xj.. does anyone have one that is forsale? been looking for one that has the brackets on already for an xj, or tj.. but i cant find any with the high pinion.. my friend has a waggy 44 in his jeep and always is breaking his front ujoint from hitting...

oh well it was working just fine before the throwout bearing went out so i believe it is still ok.. i will try the hose into a jar of brake fluid and see if that works.. i was just cracking the valve while someone else held the clutch down.

another quick question. if the master cylinder doesnt make enough pressure to bleed the clutch then how would i bleed it??

rough country lifts are ok.. if it was me i would save up a little bit more and go with a rusty's lift.. there lifts ride alot better and work better offroad. they do alot more off and on road testing (abusing) of their parts before they put the kit up forsale.. i run a rustys lift and love it!

so i just replaced my slave cylinder and throwout bearing.on my 89 jeep xj with the ba10/5 transmission. i spent about 15 or 20 minutes bleeding the clutch last nite and i still have almost no clutch pressure at all.. this isnt the first clutch that i have bleed but it has never taken that long...

as of now i have a stock 30 in the front with a d44 in the rear.. soon i will have a 44 in the front and either a 14 bolt or 60 in the rear

wow you cracked your borla?? i have had my glowing red several times. and one time it was red hot when i dropped into a deep mud hole and submerged it in a mixture of ice water and mud.. no cracks no leaks so far

well its soon going to grow to ten inches maybe eleven inches with 37 or 38 inch tires

alot of companys recommend it instead of a tcase drop bracket. with the sye you wont lose that 1" on ground clearance under you tcase. i run a 1" tcase drop and a sye with about 9" of lift on my xj without any vibrations.
